In 1774 Mr. Francesco Pineider opened shop in Florence, Italy, producing exclusive hand-engraved personalized paper. Pineider soon became the in demand stationer for Europeans who appreciated the uniqueness of his products. Pineider continues those traditions today and offers a unique presentation with the Avatar series, for which they developed "Glueless" technology, which uses 3D engineering and rigid manufacturing standards to ensure each pen is assembled and perfectly fit without glue. Look for the engraving of Florence, Italy on the palladium-trimmed band.
