Refund policy

To start a return, you can fill out the return from RETURN FORM  If your return is accepted, we will send you further instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Return Policy

You may submit a return or exchange request up to 30 days from the date of delivery, please fill out the return from RETURN FORM to start your return and or exchange. When returning an item,  include all original packaging and literature.

Once we receive your return, we will respond 3-5 business days for refunds and or exchanges. For items that are damaged or defective, this process could take longer depending on what the issue may be, but we will keep you updated throughout the process!

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us and we’ll provide you with a return label.

Items being returned due to a preference are not eligible for a free return shipping label. Preference based returns mean you are returning an item because you do not like something about it due to a personal preference, and the item is not actually damaged or defective. Examples of a preference based return may be disliking the size of an object, color, weight, etc. For writing instruments it may include the nib size, grip, weight, etc. 

Fountain Pen Return Policy

When purchasing a fountain pen, please keep in mind our policies for them if you would like to return your purchase. We ask that before filling up your fountain pen, to dip your nib in ink first to test it. Once the pen has been filled with ink, and or the cartridges it may come with have been used, we will charge a 20% restocking fee. In cases of damage or defects.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged from shipping, or if you receive the wrong item. Then we can quickly make things right for you.

Refunds

Once we have received and processed your returned items, we will let you know if your refund was approved or not. When a refund is approved it will be refunded on your original payment method. It can take a few days for refunds to by processed.

FINAL SALES

Sales (beyond the standard 20% shown)  items are final sale and may not be returned - these items will be marked in the description. Last change pens and clearance items fall under this policy. We will not accept returns or exchanges on these items.
