The fluting - the filigree groove structure - is the defining design element of the Classic line. The writing instruments in the series are in a completely platinum-plated finish and with a finely fluted barrel made of Pernambuco wood. Thanks to their long growth phase, the noble woods are extremely hard and resistant. Their individual grain, beautifully accentuated by the platinum-plated finishes, makes each pen unique.
